Tested the boat for the first time and found out there are a bit different rules in the state. The boat must be registered and we got a warning from a floating officer.

We could not find any campground by Thunderbay when we came in so we drove down to the lake and inbetwwen the trees to an empty lot.

Went to an opening of Dan Burkholder exhibition (www.danburkholder.com) in a down town gallery of Photography Parked the truck behind the gallery and stayed there. met with lot of fine people and had a nice day. Dans images from the New Orleans are great and one of the best HDR photography I ever have seen.
